I just completed this very special 10 string Lyre. It is designed to be a possible re-creation, of a  12th century French /English Lyre that perhaps would have been played in the court of Henry II and Elanor of Aquatint. I built it to be played on stage during a semi-professional production of 'The Lion in Winter', at the Camelot Theater in Talent Oregon. It is built with 40 year air-dried Engelman Spruce and Black Walnut, with gold leaf work, painted decoration and crystal inlays.

This harp is stunning! I can't wait until we are able to import your blog to your new website, Glenn. Things like this will be just the finishing touch to the hub of your online presence you need.

Now that I look more carefully I see there is no link to your website on this blog. You might want to add http://mountainglenharps.com somewhere prominent so it will help bring people to your main site. You posts are beautiful!
